Authorized use
Use the utilities only for authorized company work and permitted data. Protect credentials and follow company review, retention and recovery procedures. Public pages and Google consent do not grant business-system access.
Responsibility and availability
Review results before use. Report incomplete or failed operations before retrying. Services may be interrupted and access restricted. Revoking Google access does not delete existing records.
